The Knapper's Culligan business started in Lancaster in 1967 serving most of Grant County, Wisconsin. Jerry and Cindi Knapper bought the businesses in 1980, then, in 1985 added Dubuque County, Iowa to their franchise operation. In 1991, they moved their business to a 10,000 square foot building in the Lancaster Industrial Park area where they continue to provide excellent customer service. Jerry is a second generation Culligan Man.
Knapper's Culligan is an active member of the Wisconsin Water Quality Association.

Jerry Knapper: Owner, Management, Installation and Service.
Cindi Knapper: Owner, Office Manager, Bookkeeper.
Terry Miller: Installation and Service: Terry is our Lead Service Team member and will be the one to install your quality water equipment. He is Culligan Factory Trained and certified for residential applications. He has been on the Culligan Service Team since 1993.
Dennis Cooley: Salt & Bottled Water Delivery: When it's time for salt to be added or more bottled water to be delivered, Dennis will be the one to stop by. He has been with Knapper's Culligan for 12 years.
